Disappointing Stay Experience

Stayed at this hotel in Oct-25 Fri, Sat, Sun (2 nights).Rooms were decent. But Pathetic service.Ours was an Ashtavinayak tour. Hence check out from the hotel on both the days was quite early at 6am. This hotel being one of the hotels in our Tour Operator's panel, should be aware of the early morning check outs. But at this point of time there is nobody at the reception for service. All the staff were sleeping when we went downstairs. One of the staff told me - 'Phone side pe nikal ke rakha hai'Even at night I had to go downstairs when even after my 2 calls to the reception, no body came for service.Dinner was part of our package. But since we were the only visitors in that period, we were provided packaged food from outside.On check in, only one towel and one water bottle was provided for the 3 of us. On insisting, we got 3 towels and 2 water bottles.Would not recommend this hotel.
