ABOUT Dilli Haat
Under the open sky, little kiosks of faux jewellery, paintings, fabrics, saris, pottery, furniture, souvenirs sit cheek by- jowl with others, showcasing bidri work from Karnataka or pashmina from Kashmir. A portrait maker sketches a hopeful. A mehendiwali adorns the hands of a girl. At the far end, the food bazaar buzzes with activity. Sometimes, dancers sway to the rustic rhythm of a garba dhol. You’re in the closest approximation of a village fair that you can imagine in a city.

1) Popular shopping destination, Sarojini Nagar Market, is quite near to this place.

One of the most buzzing places in South Delhi, food stalls of almost all the stalls are the highlight of this place. Moreover, it usually has an exhibition or two going on, putting on display India's art and more. Stalls that sell handicrafts and ethnic Indian wear are one of the biggest draws at Dilli Haat, attracting a number of tourists.
