Great hotel with very nice rooms
I understand that hotels have policies, but this one feels completely unreasonable and lacking basic compassion. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to cancel my reservation shortly after booking. Despite explaining the situation and asking politely for flexibility, I was met with a flat ’no’ and zero willingness to even consider partial credit, a date change, or any alternative solution.The fact that there is no grace period, no flexibility, and no attempt at customer care says a lot about how this hotel values its guests. Policies are one thing but refusing to show even minimal understanding when life happens is another.A business that prioritizes rigid rules over basic customer service is not one I would choose to support again. Be very careful before booking here, because if anything changes even immediately you’re completely out of luck.I won’t be booking again.
