Super Hotel O Pride Hospitality Nungambakkam

Very bad place, the reception guy acts like he owns the place but looks silly. We booked a room for 24 hours but had no electricity for 8 hours (10pm-6am). When we complained, he blamed us for not telling them sooner and said nothing could be done until morning. We asked for a refund, and they were rude, telling us to check out early. The rooms are very dirty, and it seems like the owner runs a secret brothel here, giving rooms to young boys and girls. Rude and impolite staff, don't book here or you might get caught in a police raid.

Rooms not clean, they charge more than online price.

I saw a lower price on OYO, booked through another site for 100 rs less, and my booking was confirmed. But when I got there, the front desk guy asked why I was traveling and then demanded an extra Rs 1400, saying the OYO price was wrong. He was really stubborn and wouldn't let me check in or give me a written note about it. If OYO's price is wrong, who is responsible? They list their place as OYO residency. I've seen other reviews saying they had the same problem, so it looks like this isn't just a one-time mistake; they might be doing this on purpose.

This was the worst hotel we ever checked in. We stayed 4 days, no room service, no hot water, no change of bedsheets, no bathroom cleaning for 4 days, many cockroaches on bed, dirty bedsheets. Prices higher than shown. Had to stay because near my class. Worst experience. Will never recommend.

They didn't let me check in and asked for more money. Very disappointing, no hospitality at all. The manager was rude and didn't even apologize for their mistake. We need to be careful when booking through OYO or other online sites, we should get what they promise. It's becoming common now. Be careful!
