One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the experience was excellent.We were given a beautiful and spacious cottage, and everything was much better than expected. In fact, this is probably the first hotel I've visited that looked even better in real life than in its photos online. The rooms and washrooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable.The food was outstanding. There were plenty of options at every meal, and almost everything we tried was delicious. The dining experience was made even better by the amazing staff. Even though it was a buffet system, the staff regularly checked on guests, asked if we needed anything, and made sure everyone was comfortable.The hospitality here is truly on another level. Every staff member we met was polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They assisted with our luggage and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. As someone from South India, I also appreciated that some staff members spoke English, which made communication very easy.One thing that impressed me the most was when we had to leave early one morning. The hotel specially arranged and packed breakfast for us in advance, which was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and adds so much to the experience. Although the property is a little away from the main road, it is completely worth it for the peace, scenery, and exceptional hospitality.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shimla. The service, food, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality were all excellent. I would happily stay here again.About the price - it was quite moderate, that is, 14k for 2 nights ( for four members).
