Hotel rooms are pretty old but overall lobby area & restaurant area is too good.Staff is good except the Duty Manager Ms. Divya is very adamant & not guest friendly.Request hotel management to kindly look in to this in order to retain their guests for long.

Review of My Stay on 21st June 2025 ’ Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel on 21st June 2025. The service was extremely poor, and the overall maintenance of the property was unacceptable.Both rooms we were given had multiple issues ’ essential amenities were either broken or malfunctioning. The most concerning problem was the air conditioner, which was leaking heavily and caused water to flood the room. This made the stay not only uncomfortable but also unsafe.The staff did not offer any proper solutions or assistance throughout the stay, which further added to the frustration. Honestly, even a standard 2-star hotel would have provided a better experience.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Basic expectations of cleanliness, functioning amenities, and responsive service were completely unmet.

What a Delightful Experience at Ira by OrchidHad a lovely time dining by the poolside at Ira by Orchid Hotel. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing’perfect for a relaxed evening out. The buffet spread was impressive with a great mix of Indian and international dishes. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented.The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The poolside setting added a really nice touch’great lighting, open-air vibe, and just far enough from the city buzz to feel like a mini escape.

Stayed at IRA by Orchid and had a good experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was genuinely nice. One downside was the lack of fresh air in both the rooms and the lobby. However, the exceptional service more than made up for it. The staff was attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality really elevated the stay. Would definitely consider coming back.

Stayed at Ira by Orchid Hotels for a week, and the experience was underwhelming. The hospitality staff, especially the receptionists doesn't seem to know what hospitality means. Room service was highly unreliable’orders promised in 25 minutes arrived cold after over an hour, only after follow-up.Smoking isn’t allowed indoors, yet the room smelled of stale smoke. Bottled water is chargeable. The rooms are poorly maintained’outdated furniture, broken ironing boards and irons, and an erratic shower that has a mind of its own.With unnecessary restrictions, neglected facilities, and poor service, it felt more like a strict hostel than a business hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.
