Crossroads Narkanda Cottages

The customer service was unsatisfactory and the commitments were misleading. Due to the red alert in Himachal and our train being canceled, we couldn't make the trip. The owner initially agreed to reschedule but then reversed his decision and asked for increased rates for the new dates. This was very disappointing.

I recommend reconsidering before booking this place. When our trip was affected by the Himachal red alert, the owner denied a refund but promised we could reschedule. However, he later declined the new dates we asked for, saying it was peak season pricing. Very frustrating experience.

I would not suggest staying at this place. Because of bad weather and a canceled train, we needed to delay our trip. The owner wouldn't give us a refund but said we could change our booking. However, when we provided new dates, he denied the change since it was peak season.

The policy was unprofessional and unjust. We had to cancel due to our train being cancelled during the Himachal red alert. The owner initially offered us the chance to reschedule, which we trusted. However, when we chose new dates, he declined because the prices were higher. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I am quite dissatisfied with the way our booking was managed. The owner first assured us that we could reschedule our stay when travel was impossible due to weather conditions. However, he later declined to keep that promise because the dates we wanted were during the peak season. The customer service definitely requires significant enhancement.
