Mr. Shamsez Alam is a true gentleman of a nature. Very helpful and calm presence. But Hotel should change the policy of checkout.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There are cockroaches everywhere. The receptionist was extremely rude and demanded full payment at check-in.After travelling the whole night with my mother and my small child, we were exhausted and just needed a clean, comfortable place to rest. An auto driver brought us here saying it was a good hotel. Unfortunately, I had cancelled my original booking to save some money, and this decision ended up costing me much more.When I complained about the cockroaches and told them we were uncomfortable staying here, especially with a child, the staff showed no concern. We had no choice but to stay.The service is pathetic. There is no cleanliness, no manners, and no basic hygiene. The pillows smell bad, the washroom is stinky, and the entire place feels dirty and unhygienic.Nothing is nearby except Bandra Terminus station.A truly terrible and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
