My recent visit to this hotel was by far the worst experience I've had in Chennai. Problems began right at check-in, where I was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes. The front desk staff were unhelpful and did not meet basic hospitality standards. Upon reaching the room, essential amenities were missing; no bedsheets or bath towels were provided upfront, and we had to ask for every basic item. Calling the front desk was pointless as no one answered the phone. Even drinking water bottles were not available, so we had to leave the hotel to buy water. The biggest concern was hygiene—the bathroom toilet was leaking badly throughout our stay. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and would never suggest it to anyone visiting Chennai.

In this hotel desk seating praveen kumar boy, worst behaviour and dressing sence not wearing jetty, spoking slank also like local boy. In room dont have anything. Bed also like bathroom mat. Ac is not like ac it spliting water.
