The hotel is situated directly opposite the railway station, just a short walk across the street, making it convenient to catch trains, especially those departing at unusual hours. The staff are courteous and polite, so no issues there. However, the major drawback is the noise level. The room is very noisy day and night due to its location at a busy junction, with constant vehicle honking. Additionally, loud prayers from a nearby place occur several times daily, which are even more disruptive than the traffic noise and can disturb sleep. If you can tolerate the noise, the hotel is acceptable; otherwise, it might be better to look elsewhere or inquire about rooms that might be quieter.

It's a really nice place to stay. However, they did not provide the extra bed that was mentioned during booking on the Goibibo app. Still, it's one of the best options for an affordable stay.

The way the staff handled the situation was extremely rude and unacceptable.After being a long-time customer for nearly 9 years, I expected at least basic courtesy, respect, and proper communication. Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed and uncomfortable, especially when travelling with family.My sincere advice to the management/owner: Please take this matter seriously, review how your staff interact with guests, and ensure that customers, especially loyal and long-term guests are treated with dignity and respect.Based on my recent experience, I would personally advise others to think carefully before booking or staying here, particularly with family. I hope the management takes appropriate action to prevent other guests from going through a similar experience.

Located right across from the railway station. The service is excellent, and the rooms are very clean. Suitable for families.
