One of the best stay until now. Customer support and service is excellent. I would definitely recommend to my near ones whenever they travel to kerala. Calm and natural ambience with pleasant smile of staff additional softness and politeness in the response from the staff is cherry on top

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Uday Suites, and overall, it was a pleasant experience that leans slightly above average with a few standout positives and some areas that could definitely be improved.One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. Being quite close to the airport, it is extremely convenient for travelers, especially those with early flights or short stays. Despite this proximity, the hotel manages to maintain a relatively calm and peaceful environment, which is a big plus.The first impression on arrival was good. The property is well-maintained, with neat surroundings and a welcoming ambiance. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful, although not overly engaging. The lobby and common areas are clean and give a comfortable, relaxed feel.The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities in place. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. However, a few minor details like slightly dated furniture and small maintenance issues could be improved to enhance the overall feel of the room. The bathroom was clean, though water pressure and consistency could be better.A nice highlight of the stay was the availability of recreational facilities. The hotel features a football turf, which is a great addition for guests looking to stay active. There is also a recreation room equipped with indoor games such as table tennis and carrom, making it a good space to unwind and spend leisure time, especially for families or groups.The dining experience was quite good. The restaurant offered a decent variety of dishes, and the food quality was satisfying overall. Breakfast had a good spread with multiple options, although it tended to get a bit crowded during peak hours. Room service was available, but not always very quick.The main drawback of the stay was the service timing. While the staff were courteous, the response time was noticeably slow. Whether it was room service or housekeeping, there were multiple instances where requests took around 30 to 45 minutes, sometimes even close to an hour. This delay did impact the overall experience and is an area where the hotel can significantly improve.In terms of value for money, Uday Suites offers a comfortable stay with good amenities and a convenient location. It delivers most of what a traveler would expect, but with better service efficiency and attention to finer details, it has the potential to offer a much more refined and satisfying experience.Overall, it is a good choice for a short and comfortable stay, especially for those prioritizing location and basic comfort, but with room for improvement in service responsiveness.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent service from all staff, with exceptional service from the dining staff. Exceptional food variety and quality- they had an event in the evening where they had live music, live tandoor, pani puri station and over 20 dishes in the buffet. I have given 3 stars as the rooms really need updating and the bathrooms were poor. Also many tiles are coming off on the floor of the swimming pool and this really should be fixed and not ignored, especially as the pool and swim up bar is otherwise fantastic. If

Extremely friendly staff - reception, kitchen, house keeping. Chef and team are so goodElaborate and tasty buffet.Loved the friendly people and atmosphere.Walkable distance to beach and very close to airport as well.Chinju, shweta, Alysha, Mushin, Kannan, shalu, ashwathy, Aslam did above and beyond to make sure all the guests are taken care well. Despite the hectic busy vacation time and long working hours - we always found beautiful smiles on their faces, always willing to help and be there for guests.We really appreciate their efforts and would definitely be back.
