The stay was perfect, GM Mr. Chauhan welcomed us coming close to our parking lot and made all arrangements easy.Special thing is about food, which is very tasteful and perfect. GM he looks after every visitors very careful.Perfect stay for vacation and perfect management

Crisp and short. Location is good. That’s only one thing good about the hotelFood is badService is patheticWe checked in for 2 days but checked out after 1st day.You won’t feel great in the hotel. Rooms are pathetic. Feels like a lodge. No hot water provision. No bathroom accessories. No ac or fan in room. They serve pedestal fan. ’’

Perfect location little away from main road, quite place away from city chaos. I would definitely recommend to people who want a peaceful place in mountains. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. They took care of our kids very well. They do have a play zone with carrom, badminton and Snooker.

First expectation should be set.. it is not a 5 or 4 star hotel.. recently we spend 3 night in this hotel with family.Pros..-Location is wonderful..-View is really good..-Hotel looks great..-Rooms are clean and not a major issue..-Manager (Mr. Chahuan) behavior is really heart touching.-Staff was very polite and friendly.-Food is good ..Cons..-Hotel infrastructure is old.-Cupboard are not in good shape.-Bathroom accessories are not aligned.-Shop dispenser are waste, not working. (we have to use own face wash, soap and shampoo.)-Hot water is not permanent (we keep calling to reception for hot water issue, at last day it feel like you are in Dharmshala, because hot water arrange in buckets).-No 24/7 kitchen service, if you want tea at 6:00 am, it would not possible.Overall, it is a good hotel to stay but set your expectation accordingly..

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but my experience at this property compels me to share a word of caution. Despite the glowing reviews online’which now seem highly questionable’our stay was extremely disappointing. All the positive reviews you see here are paid as we choosed this location looking at that only.The condition of the room was well below acceptable standards: broken doors, malfunctioning taps, and an overall lack of basic maintenance. The hotel operates under its own arbitrary set of rules that make little sense and offer no convenience to guests.The food served was unfortunately another low point’excessively oily and spicy, with quality that left much to be desired, even compared to roadside eateries. When we raised our concerns, the manager’s response was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive, lacking even basic courtesy.If you're looking forward to a peaceful and enjoyable vacation, I would strongly suggest considering alternative options. This property, in its current state, is simply not suitable for a pleasant stay at all. We choose to left from here the very next morning and shifted to nearby property which is very much cheap and has good basic standards. The owner and the staff is just trained to loot public and they all looked goons.
