I stayed at Hotel Justa Cliffend, Mashobra for 3 days with my family, and it was the worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had. The food was overly spicy, the restaurant staff ignored guests, and the checkout process was shocking — staff rudely pressured us to leave before the official 12:00 noon time, even calling at 10:45 AM to force us out. Traveling with a one-year-old child, this was extremely stressful. For a hotel claiming award-winning service, the reality was rude staff, poor hospitality, and zero professionalism. Truly disappointing.
Had a lovely time with my family, it had the best pool and hospitality. Lovely and caring staff helped us to assist with every aspect and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Thank you juSTa - Mashobra ✨✨✨
