As my experience in the hotel on30th of march 2023 ,Hotel was okok but the staff and the service are not active always. When we talk about the room it is a good one but old ,the bed was like i was sleeping in the floor , i don’t know why but the ac sounds like a tractor when it is started very loud and harsh sound is produced from that old ac . I don’t think it’s a best hotel for that much big amountNot recommended to stay !’’

Rooms are small but comfortable.. cable TV and AC are available.. one almirah and mirror present in the room.. geyser is small one.. bathroom is tidy.. however the restaurant associated is not fully functional.. so even though they serve fresh food, it takes a long waiting period..

Very bad experience. Worst hotel with zero facilities. Rooms were small and very bad shaped. No maintenance at hotel. And the price is also high. Stinky staircase and washrooms. I left it the next day of my check-in. It was horrible experience to spend time along with all my family members.

Comfortable stay and good staff. The only drawback that took away stars was about this platform booking. this platform gives confirmation the other day and when our guest arrived on hotel they say they have not received any confirmation. Which created stressful situation as the guest having patient with them. Please improve it. Otherwise liked the room and room service.

Felt like staying in a lodge. Initial room.was 302 which was resembling a cell room with bed. It was offered as the Executive room. When i was about the cancel the booking, got a better room 304 which was still not good. Old model AC with noise all the time, water in jug, ordered food (from a choice of Poha, Sheera and Upma) in steel plates of low quality offered as complimentary breakfast. Towel was dirty. Beds were not properly set.
