Florence B&B

Hotel and services are very good but unfortunately on 4th September at check-out time I forgot my new shoes which I really need. Please kindly send my shoes by courier, I will always be thankful to you...🙏

This is a great budget hotel located just a 200-meter climb from the Mall Road church. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner menus provide a good variety. The valley views from the rooms are another highlight that makes this place worth recommending. I also want to highlight that the staff are not only friendly and welcoming but also very trustworthy. During my three-day stay, I accidentally lost an earring while checking out. I was already leaving the city when they found it while cleaning and quickly contacted me. One tip is to call ahead to confirm parking availability and consider asking for their local driver if you’re arriving by car, as the route involves a steep path and narrow lanes.

The stay was wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and the rooms were excellent. It's just a 5-7 minute walk from the mall road. They also offer delicious food.

I had a great experience staying at Florence BnB in Shimla! The place is lovely, tidy, and very cozy, with a friendly and inviting vibe. The rooms were well-kept, snug, and provided a perfect spot to unwind after sightseeing in Shimla. The service was top-notch, with staff who were kind, supportive, and attentive during our visit. The quiet environment and beautiful views enhanced the stay even more. All in all, a wonderful accommodation option in Shimla. Strongly suggest it to anyone seeking a comfortable, home-like, and unforgettable stay!

Staying at Florence BnB was truly comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and their excellent service made the experience feel very homelike. The proximity to Mall Road, along with breathtaking views of the verdant mountains, was the standout feature.
