The Keylong station in Himachal Pradesh once completed will be at a height of around 3,000 meters, built inside a 27-km-long tunnel. As per the first phase of the location survey, the Keylong station project will include 74 tunnels, 396 minor bridges and 124 major bridges.

This route will connect all major locations between Bilaspur and Leh like Manali, Keylong, Sundernagar and various other towns of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.

For travellers who wish to travel from Delhi to Leh, this route will be a big boost. It will bring down the travel time from 40 hours to 20 hours.
