Treebo Greenland, Mall Road

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.The room was extremely small, with barely any space to move around. The bed sheets were dirty and looked like they hadn't been changed properly. The bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult to use comfortably.The staff was rude, unprofessional, and had no interest in helping guests. I requested a simple plate for my room, but they refused, saying they don't provide plates in rooms. Refusing such a basic request clearly shows the poor level of customer service.There was no good view from the hotel, and the overall atmosphere was disappointing. The hotel was not clean, the service was poor, and the facilities were nowhere near what was expected.I completely regret staying here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and choose a better place.

Extremely Terrible experience. Would not recommend this to anyone. The room felt cheap, dirty sheets, shabby furniture and too much dust. Unsafe, dirty and pathetic. We booked a room for 3200 for a night and definitely expected basic things. The only decent things i recall is the location, rest everything is poor. Those who don't want to spoil there shimla experience, never book this hotel.

The staff lacks basic manners; the rooms are substandard; and there are absolutely no facilities provided for the drivers who accompany us. They keep the staff bathroom locked, and if a driver attempts to use it, they cut off the water supply, leaving the drivers with no choice but to go without bathing.

Great stay with very polite staff and excellent, knowledgeable service from Manager Kailash, who really knows the area. The location is very convenient right on the circular road with easy, accessible parking. Our rooms were cozy and clean. However, one of our bathrooms was very disappointing’old, with moldy, yucky spots that need immediate maintenance.

Booked rooms for my parents bedsheet was old and torn out only 1 towel was provided but that too had a hole in it. Food quality very bad overall bad experience for them. Now I know that the other bad reviews are genuine
