What are the current service timings of the Delhi Metro?
Delhi Metro trains usually start at around 5:00 AM, with some metro lines beginning at 5:30 AM, and the last train runs until around 11:30 PM. The Airport Line, however, starts a bit earlier at around 4:45 AM, with the last train departing around 11:45 PM. On Sundays, some lines begin service as late as 8:00 AM.
What is the validity period of a Delhi Metro e-ticket?
A metro ticket is valid only until the end of service on the day it’s booked. It must be used on the same day and cannot be carried forward or used later.
Can I cancel or modify a metro ticket after booking?
No. Metro tickets, once booked, are non-cancellable and non-modifiable. Please ensure that you verify your origin and destination stations before booking.
How many passengers can I book metro tickets for at once?
You can book metro tickets for up to 10 passengers in one single booking transaction.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails or there’s an issue after the amount is debited, the full amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
